Mental Health Parameter Fence

The design of the fence ensured the garden & courtyard within the NHS mental health hospital was secure and safe for patients. The colour used for the fence reflects the soft pastel colours of the green grass the blue sky.

We wanted to ensure the design and material used for the fence was less intimidating than a steel mesh fence both to improve a patient’s wellbeing by allowing them to wander around the garden without being supervised by NHS staff.
