Mine Traveller

Working closely with Empress and Lowestudio, we were commissioned to design the Mine Traveller – a unit to act as a PR vehicle for the ‘Mine and Yours’ Cornwall and West Devon World Heritage Site campaign. This mobile exhibition is designed to introduce visitors to the sensory and emotional experience of being in a mine underground. We achieved this by incorporating the sounds of dripping of water, the clattering of machinery and the idea of tunnels leading to infinity.
