Process

Stage 1
First of all, we would want to meet you to discuss your ideas and aspirations and assess initial concepts for the project. From this, we'll draw up an outline of the brief. When working on larger projects, we may organise focus groups and workshops, which can be essential in aiding and outlining the needs and objectives.

Once the brief is finalised, we research and develop 2 or 3 design concepts in the form of sketches and mood boards, designed to the budget indicated in the brief. We will then present our ideas to you to feed back on.

 

 

 

Stage 2

With the foundations of a concept agreed, we then move on to the 'nuts and bolts' of the project. These details need to be closely considered: liaising with you, we'll look at all aspects of how the project operates – both aesthetically and functionally. We'll produce models and material samples to further aid the concepts. 

 

 

Stage 3

Once you have agreed on the final route, we'll create a series of 3D visualisations of the project to indicate how the final product will look and feel.

 

 

Stage 4

We will then implement a comprehensive costing process. We'll draw up specifications of the plans and elevations, which detail all the specific components within the project and outline dimensions, material types, colours, and finishes. This package will form the basis for the sign-off document.

 

 

Stage 5  

Once signed off, the project is then ready to be fabricated. Boex 3D Creative Solutions will project manage and oversee every aspect of the process, liaising with the suppliers and manufacturers and feeding back progress updates to you.
