Stage One:

Preparation and Brief

The initial brief is just the beginning. What do you want to achieve?

We’ll put your business needs at the heart of our creative ideas. From offices to retail, restaurants to furniture – thinking carefully about the people who use the space, and what is and isn’t working for them now will help form the foundations of our design.

Understanding your business culture and brand, coupled with your ultimate objectives (more footfall, more covers, quieter working environment etc.) will kickstart this process.

    Stage Two:


    With the foundations of the brief agreed, we’ll develop our design concepts for your project.

    Using site visits and the knowledge gained from talking to you and your team, we’ll start to put together ideas of where we’d like to go with the design. This could be in the form of sketches, 3D visualisations, schematics or material samples.

    This is our opportunity to make sure everyone is happy about the direction of the creative thinking, a chance to explore budget and timeline expectations.

      Stage Three:


      Now everyone’s in agreement, we really get designing.

      We’ll produce designs that let you get a real feel for what to expect. 3D visualisations help us predict traffic through your space, colour palettes and materials are finalised and bespoke items are fully imagined.

      We’ll also produce comprehensive costing and project management details, so we’re all clear about what happens next.

      Stage Four:


      Producing interior design requires meticulous attention to detail…

      At this point, we’ll produce a series of production ready specification drawings including further 3D visualisations, industry standard floorplans and elevations, material details, technical drawings, colour palette, painting plans, fabrication instructions and drawings, fixture and fittings details – in fact, anything and everything needed to turn your design into reality.




      Stage Five:


      Clear communication and tangible results…

      We can offer total flexibility at this stage, either handing over a design package to your preferred contractors; sourcing contractors to quote, fabricate and install the design; or a mixture of both.

      We can project manage the installation and be on site for on the spot decisions about the unexpected. We have experience in quick turnaround where, for business reasons, delay and disruption need to be kept to a minimum.

      Stage Six:


      This is the best bit, the reason we do it…

      We work hard to facilitate the handover of a successful project. Snagging is an integral part of our final stage and we will be on hand to answer any final queries to finalise the work on time, and on budget.

      We also love to see the new design performing its function – a busy cafe, a shop full of customers, a new sense of pride and delight in an employee’s workspace. We start our designs with your people in mind, we end them with your people in situ.
